As the pharmaceutical industry accelerated its digital transformation, the company sought to move beyond intuition-driven decisions by leveraging customer insights and data to improve commercial effectiveness.


Working in a fast-paced agile environment, I recognized that teams often needed answers faster than traditional research cycles could provide. As a UX researcher, I partnered with marketing and sales colleagues to embed lean research, rapid testing, and experimentation into their workflows, enabling them to learn quickly and make evidence-based decisions.
